Americans and Canadians to See Europe Double
Australian touring company Thirsty Swagman is set to embark on the world’s first 11-day cross-country pub crawl through Europe in September, that will be sure to leave its staggering punters asking “where the bloody hell was I?”
Starting in the beer tents of Oktoberfest in Munich, the “Euro Hard’n’Fast Tour” will then set off to alpine party village Maria Alm in Austria for 3 nights, before stopping off in Prague and finishing at the world’s longest bar, a street with over 300 pubs and bars, in Dusseldorf, Germany.
“You’re going to see Europe through the bottom of your glass and visit some of the finest drinking destinations the world has to offer” said Kenneth Hart, founder of Thirsty Swagman Pty Ltd.
“At Oktoberfest in Germany we’ll join 6 million committed drinkers for 3 days and teach them how it’s done. Then we’ll follow up with 8 nights of pure party indulgence across 3 countries. There’ll be no boring sightseeing and you can forget the early wake ups.” he said
Designed specifically for Americans and Canadians, this adventure has already attracted fans from across North America 2 weeks before it was announced.
“We’ve had people from Chicago, Sacramento and Vancouver contact us before we even finalised the itinerary” says Melissa Pasco, Tour Planner at Thirsty Swagman.
And with its all-Australian guides, it promises to be a truly unique adventure in every way.
The tour starts at US$2,570 twin share, and is all inclusive of luxury coach transportation, guides, 3-star accommodation, breakfast, discount drinks and video production. To secure a booking deposits are due by August 1st.
