Our hotels are the best available! The 3-star Senator hotel is right by the festival’s main entrance, and the 5-star Le Meridien is considered the best hotel in Munich and just 12 minutes walking to the festival.

Professional tour guides

All of our Springfest packages are led by knowledgeable and experienced tour guides who stay with the group throughout your entire Springfest Munich tours experience.

Our tour guides are fully equipped to make sure you have the best experience possible. They’re always on hand to answer questions, help you navigate Munich and the Wiesn, walk you to a bank, and advise you on anything else you may need while you’re with us.

You will have a chance to meet them online ahead of the tour and then again in person at each of the pre-tour meet-and-greets.

Day 1: Meet and Greet & Raising Beers

On the first day of the tour you’ll attend a meet-and-greet in your hotel lobby to get to know your tour guides and fellow drinking buddies you’ll share this bucket list experience with. You’ll also get all the information you need about Springfest including our full tour schedule, contact information, and a Thirsty Swagman welcome pack.

Afterwards, our local tour guides will take you to the festival grounds and into the beer tents to our reserved tables. They will remain with the group throughout the reservation time.

There are 2 large beer tents at the Frühlingsfest and we take you to both – a different one each day or evening to our allocated tables. These table reservations have allocated tables and include food and beer vouchers.

Day 2: More Beers & Bavarian Food

The second day of the tour begins at approximately 4pm with evening beer tent reservations at the other of the 2 big tents: the Festhalle Bayernland or the Hippodrom.

Day 3: Exploring more of the festival

Day 3 of your Springfest tour is all about checking out the rest of the festival: the rides, the vendors, the whole atmosphere. If we’re blessed with nice weather, our guides will take you to some of the festival’s beer gardens to relax and enjoy a liter in the sunshine.

Day 4: Check-out from hotel

Today you’ll check out of your hotel (with tears in your eyes, of course). You’ve raised beers at one of the coolest beer festivals in Germany – PROST to you!

Just because your Springfest Munich tours experience is over doesn’t mean the fun has to end. Many of our tour-takers follow up their Springfest experience with a few more days in town, exploring some of the amazing things to see and do in Munich, or catch a train to explore more of Europe. And many times they join us again in September for Oktoberfest!
