Many thirsty travellers have joined us in adventure by booking through their regular travel agent.

You’ll receive a generous 15% commission on most bookings. Some exceptions are our Space adventures and where another commission rate is specified. Our tours are high-value, premium adventures so even a single booking will attract a great commission.

The most frequent agent bookings we receive:

• Festival Tours: average 3 people at €1,000 per person, resulting in a €450 commission
• Feature Tours: average 2 people at €2,100 per person, resulting in €630 commission
   

Commission is included for most extras, eg. single supplement, extra nights added to a tour, premium upgrades etc.

• “No Idiot Rules“, unique to Thirsty Swagman tours and one of the biggest reasons our thirsty legends book with us.
• Tours require a 25% deposit (non-refundable, please always advise your clients of this), with the balance due 60 days prior to the tour. Full booking terms & conditions. We are flexible with payment arrangements for agents, eg. the client can pay you direct and we deduct the commission when you pay us, or if the client pays us direct we will transfer you the commission. All commissions are deducted / paid on the balance payment.
• We use the Rezdy online booking system where you can easily manage all your bookings with Thirsty Swagman, although you’re not required to sign up for this – we can process travel agents bookings manually as well.
• We are fully insured and bonded with Germany’s leading insurance provider for tour operators R+V Versicherung. Policy Number: 406 90 101008720
