Meet & Greet (Day 1)

Airport transfer and check-in at hotel. Afternoon at your  leisure. At night you’ll meet the group at a welcome mixer at an amazing rooftop lounge or outdoor venue with views of Copacabana beach or the Statue of Christ.

Let’s get Brazilian (Day 2)

Explore Rio’s world famous beaches during the day. You’ll be picked up this evening for an awesome Carnival-themed party. Previous parties have included a Brazilian Barbecue “Feijoada” at one of Rio’s most exclusive clubs, or a masquerade Ball with amazing panoramic views of all of Rio de Janeiro with VIP tables.

Samba Samba! (Day 3)

You’ll be picked up for a ½ day city tour of the incredible and world famous Christ Statue. Tonight is the official Samba Parade at the Sambadrome, one of the world’s greatest parties. You will have tickets included for this (Section 3) for either tonight or tomorrow, but not both. If you’d like to attend both evenings let us know and we can add this onto your trip.

Samba Samba! (Day 4)

Spend the day doing some of the amazing activities available, incl. Hang Gliding or visiting Sugar Loaf Mountain. The party continues this evening with another night of the samba parade (it follows the same schedule as the night before).

Party with the Locals (Day 5)

You’ll be celebrating in style tonight at one of Carnival’s hottest parties / balls to celebrate Fat Tuesday and close out Carnival with an awesome party thrown by one of Rio’s hottest local promoters.
